Mr. Nardo is a solo practitioner.  He is only admitted to practice in New York State.  For more than 15 years, he has concentrated his practice in Labor & Employment Law, representing employees, employers, and labor unions.  He has filed over 100 cases in Federal Court and State Court on behalf of his clients.  He also practices extensively at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and New York State Division of Human Rights (NYSDHR).

United States District Judge for the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York, Hon. Arthur D. Spatt, wrote the following, in a reported decision, on December 18, 2006:
